If your project has been reviewed and was considered for funding, the following detailed documentation must be submitted in order for us to start the loan processing:

Company Information
    i.e. website, white paper, brochures, any thing we can read about the     company

Business Plan

    Profit & Loss
    Income vs Expense
    Balance Sheet
    Receivables with aging report
    Customer aging report

Existing Contracts Info, Purchase Orders
    Summary must show value, start date, expiry date so we can determine     contract’s current value. We do not need to see the full contract but a     copy of the assignment language section and out clause must be included

Borrower’s Personal Information:
    Financial Statement
    Asset Information
    Tax Return For The Past 3 Years
